Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Math, Operations Research, Economics, or closely related quantitative discipline & 5 years progressive, post-bachelor's experience in position offered, as Product/Marketing/Banking Analyst, Finance Analyst/Associate, or closely related position. Alternatively, Master's degree in above fields & 3 years experience in above positions. Must have demonstrated experience in following: Utilizing product analytics platforms (such as Looker, Tableau, or internal dashboards) evaluate user behavior & inform product decisions; Writing product specs & requirements for tech product development; Collaborating with engineering teams define scope, system behavior & implementation details; Collaborating with UX/UI design teams develop wireframes, prototypes & user experience specs; Designing, running & analyzing A/B experiments evaluate feature performance; Conducting data-driven product evaluations using SQL or equivalent query languages & product analytics tools; Defining product success metrics & dashboards measure & optimize engagement & retention; & Leading cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Data Science & Design deliver product features. 40 hrs/week; Salary: $210,000/year.
