Lead Associate - WILLIS TOWERS WATSON US LLC (NY, NY): Health & Benefits (H&B) knowledge & provide input on possible strategies for clients. Leverage intermediate knowledge of key ancillary benefits, financial & placement concepts. Understanding of interaction between financial & plan management activities on cost, EE impact & support needs. Address complex client questions on variety of H&B topics & escalate to Sr. colleagues as needed. Develop intermediate/advanced knowledge of 1-2 specialized benefit programs, e.g., absence/disability management, Health, Equity & Wellbeing (HEW) & voluntary benefits.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's (US or foreign equivalent) in Actuarial Science, Math or related field + 2 years' experience in related Benefits Analyst role. Required skills Basic Math Skills Management Skills.
