The Clinical Research Coordinator in the Department of Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery coordinates adult and pediatric clinical research studies related to disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck, including the implementation, quality control, compliance and completion of clinical research studies. Duties include data management; research participant recruitment and enrollment; managing IRB and other regulatory compliance; managing study protocols with IRB; acting as a liaison with research sponsors, research teams and study participants; training and delegating tasks to more junior team members.
Requirements:
Requires at least a bachelor's degree in biological or health sciences or a related field with two years research experience. Experience can be satisfied through employment, volunteering, internship, or an academic program.
