Duties: Operations & System Management: Review, size and assign incoming support tickets and system enhancement requests. Perform root cause analysis on issues encountered. Review and enrich user stories to support backlog refinement and grooming. Monitor system health and performance. Oversee daily data synchronization between platforms. Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Set best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. Provide technical solution approach during solution design. Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies. Lead daily stand-up meetings with development team. Provide guidance to junior developers on development and maintenance tasks. Review progress on ongoing automation and integration projects. Collaboration on the development of thoughtful, creative, and technologically sound solutions on the platform to meet or exceed business requirements. Assess all major impacts of solutions on the core data model. Coordinate and communicate impacts to downstream systems, monitoring quality, SLAs, and governance. Solution Architecture & Development: Build scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to optimize CRM workflows. Architect and manage complex integrations between Salesforce and business using APIs, middleware, etc. Understand data migration considerations, design trade-offs, and common ETL tools. Utilize common integration patterns used on the Force.com Platform. Telecommuting is permitted.
