Technical Authority: Empowered to make decisions on architectural patterns and technology stacks (e.g., selecting specific LLM frameworks or N-Tier architectures) for new applications. Operational Authority: Authorized to harness analytics and decision-making tools to pivot team priorities in real-time to adapt to rapidly changing business needs. Work Assignments: Plans and assigns high-priority engineering tasks throughout every phase of the SDLC, ensuring a balanced distribution of client-side and server-side development work. Skill Development: Identifies talent gaps within the team and proactively introduces AI-enhanced training tools to support team members' professional success. Performance Management: Formally evaluates team member performance against business milestones and personal objectives, often serving as the primary signatory for performance reviews. Personnel Authority: Possesses formal authority (or provides critical recommendations) regarding hiring new engineering talent and initiating disciplinary actions or terminations for team members who fail to meet performance standards. Engage in every phase of the software development life cycle—from understanding requirements and crafting solution designs to planning, developing, testing, and deploying—all while integrating cutting-edge AI technologies that streamline processes and bolster innovation. Actively engage in code reviews, debugging, and contributing code on both the client and server sides.
