Design, develop, and deliver system features and capabilities for enterprise cloud defined network software system. Design and develop network and system software that makes use of networking protocols to connect to cloud-based VPN networks. Design and implement system troubleshooting tools for database, network, and cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and Oracle Cloud. Perform Python and/or Golang programming. Develop and perform functional, integration, stress, performance, interoperability and end-to-end system testing on Aviatrix cloud networking software. Integrate test automation and tools into the system regression infrastructure using Python, Golang, and/or other programming languages. Create documentation for technical content and accuracy. Work with internal teams and customers on proof of concept solutions that may include configuring and testing interoperability with third party software. Work closely with sales and engineering teams to manage, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and questions from enterprise customers. Report product issues to development and advocate for the customer to help Aviatrix deliver high quality products. Create knowledge-based contents such as troubleshooting tips and best practices. Be the first line of defense in solving customer support requests and coordinating and prioritizing timely resolutions with engineering and solution engineering teams. Provide hands-on support for customers to solve production issues. Bring solutions to the leadership team, feedback on solutions recommended. Position is eligible for 20% remote work.
Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a software engineering-related occupation.
Requires one (1) year of experience implementing data center networking; utilizing Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform; managing multi-cloud networking and security; integrating third-party software; programming in Python, C++, or Golang; designing, implementing, and testing networking and security features; debugging on testing and customer platforms; and scaling network and security solutions.
Position is eligible for 20% remote work. Salary $226,138.00 - $236,138.00. Standard company benefits. 40 hours/week.
