Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or closely-related IT field & 5 years experience as Software Engineer/Developer implementing & analyzing software solutions; or Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in same & 3 years experience in same. Position role - anywhere within US.
