F/T Project Manager position.
Duties include: Champions transition of project from estimating to field; Leads review meetings focused on contract requirements, conditions, schedule, budgets, subcontracts & purchase orders; Completes close-out requirements & punch lists; Manages warranty callbacks; Coordinates with Project Superintendent regarding means/methods required for execution of work; Establishes project charter & PMP; Responsible for project success, profit, safety, schedule, quality, & customer satisfaction; Manages billing; Prepares Monthly Progress Report; Preparation & review estimates; Understand & administer prime contract terms, documents, subcontract agreements, purchase orders & insurance.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related & 3 years experience required. Background check, drug test required.
