Architect-Assistant in architectural design, developing design strategies. Study existing structures to assess structural condition, historical significance & design constraints. Develop tailored design solutions addressing objectives while respecting structure's architectural integrity. Prepare design documents, technical drawings & specs. Oversee execution phase to ensure construction adheres to approved designs, safety regulations & quality standards. Research building materials/products, construction techniques & building codes/regulations. Report to seniors & ensure design is approved by appropriate parties. Effective communication & coordination between project team & consultants through timely & appropriate written, oral & visual means.
Full Time, 40 hrs/wk.
Masters Degree in Architecture + 1 yr experience required.
