Partner w/ subject area specialists across teams & the business to create user experiences that educate, engage & motivate users to complete tasks while building systems that enable Spotify's product & team to scale.

Requirements: Masters degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field & 4 years of experience in the job offered or related role OR Bachelor degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field & 6 years of experience in the job offered or related role. Must have 4 years (or 6 years w/ Bachelor) of experience w/: Utilizing specialized software design tools including Figma, Illustrators, Principle, ProtoPie, Framer, HTML/CSS; Conducting user research sessions & synthesizing research findings, using methods including user interviews, unmoderated user study, card sorting exercise, RITE usability tests & diary studies.

Company HQ: NY, NY; Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed in any location in the U.S.

Required skills: HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) Sorting Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
