Mid-Level Litigation Associate. Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP seeks Mid-Level Litigation Associate in NY, NY to handle full range of pre-trial, trial, & post-trial duties necessary for litigating & resolving large disputes (including claims for $100 million & over), in areas of antitrust, securities, & corporate law, including general commercial litigation, M&A litigation, & white collar & other criminal matters.
Requirements: JD or foreign equivalent & 3 years of experience in job offered or related occupation in the area of Litigation law: conduct extensive legal research. Must be admitted to practice law in NYS. Required skills: Securities Law / Legal Experience, Mergers and Acquisitions Law / Legal Experience, Legal Research, Litigation Legal Experience, Antitrust and Trade Regulation Law / Legal Experience.
40 hours/week. Telecommuting and/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
