Job Requirements:
JD, LLM or foreign equivalent required plus 1 year experience in offered position or related occupation. 1 year experience must include: Conduct legal diligence of corporate documents, including formation agreements, by-laws, resolutions, officer's certificates, credit agreements and security documents; Provide legal counsel to credit investors based on review of indentures and credit agreements; Review financial term sheets in connection with transactions with Private Equity sponsors; Represent creditors of distressed companies including in-court restructuring and defaults on cryptocurrency securitization. Required skills: Private Equity.
Salary: $260,000/year.
