Full Time Data Scientist w/ Spotify USA Inc. in NY, NY. Responsible for analyzing large volumes of diverse data, modeling complex human-scale problems, & developing algorithms to help understand Spotify users, its markets, & its content.
Requirements:
Master's degree (U.S. or for equivalent) in Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Quantitative Methods or a related quantitative field & 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related role OR Bachelor degree (U.S. or for equivalent) in Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Quantitative Methods, or a related quantitative field & 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related role. Must have 3 years (or 4 years w/ a Bachelor) of experience w/: statistical testing & statistical inference; R, Python, or other programming language for data analytics; & SQL. Must have 3 years of experience w/ defining & monitoring business metrics. Must have 2 years of experience w/ Tableau or other data visualization software.
