Manage deal teams & external advisors throughout the entire investment lifecycle, encompassing ideation & evaluation, execution of new investment opportunities, & post-deal portfolio management, including value-creation efforts & eventual monetization. Work with private equity diligence; tech/tech-enabled investments; financial modeling & analysis, including an understanding of finance & accounting; building operating & returns models; &, conducting business & industry due diligence, as well as confirmatory due diligence.
Requires Bachelor's degree + 5 years experience.
