Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of the ecommerce experience for customers in product (including purchasing and upgrading) ensuring scalability, security and high-performance. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to teammates through code reviews and design sessions. Software Development: Write, review, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and testable code in multiple frameworks including ASP.NET and C#, Node and TypeScript, and Python. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and coordinate testing efforts. Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and troubleshoot technical issues, proposing and implementing improvements. Standards and Best Practices: Establish and enforce software engineering standards, including coding practices, documentation, and quality assurance measures. Innovation and Research: Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve development processes and outcomes. Compliance and Security: Ensure software systems adhere to industry standards for security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
