Multiple Positions Required: BS or foreign equivalent in Business Intelligence & Analytics, or Computer Science & 5 years experience as ServiceNow consultant, ServiceNow developer, or related & 5 years experience with all following: ServiceNow development; IT service management development; (c) creating scripts including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, & data policies with ServiceNow; writing catalog client scripts & UI policies to make client-side changes with ServiceNow; migrating code to upstream environments including Quality Assurance & Production using update sets; creating catalog items & added items to categories in ServiceNow; creating templates & email scripts for email notifications using ServiceNow; creating workflows for approval process in ServiceNow; using access control lists to secure custom tables & apps in ServiceNow; & utilizing all of following: JavaScript, HTML, & CSS.
Position may allow work from home within commute distance of worksite. The role involves creating various catalog services for customers & fulfill requests either manually, semi-automated, or completely automated.
Pay Range: $141,751-$194,500.
