Bachelor's in Computer Science or Computational Science +5 years programming, post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer or related.
Required 5 years experience with: design, implementation, & deployment highly available & scalable Apache Cassandra clusters with Infrastructure as Code tools Terraform & AWS CloudFormation to support high-availability, distributed data storage across multiple data centers; design & implement automation AMI rotation for Cassandra clusters; deploy & manage Cassandra clusters within Azure environment; review & optimize Cassandra data models by analyzing access patterns, data distribution, & partition strategies; develop & maintain Jenkins pipelines to automate end-to-end testing of Apache Cassandra clusters; develop & maintain comprehensive Ansible playbooks to automate the deployment of multi-node clusters; implement & maintain security configuration across Cassandra DB clusters, & monitor & enforce authentication & authorization mechanisms to protect data integrity & access control; Azure; Terraform; Jenkins; Ansible; Python; Shell Scripting; Splunk; Datadog; Cassandra; Jira; & Confluence.
May allow working from home within commuting distance of worksite location. Pay Range: $183,987-$218,400.
