Understand the customer contract, tech knowledge of the services & technology, scheduling requirements, management of reporting & invoice accuracy, & coordinating onsite services within the agreed to service level agreements.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Global Management or related field & 3 years experience in the job offered or in an Ops Research Analyst - related occupation OR a Master's degree in Business Management, Global Management or related field & 1 year of experience in the job offered or in an Ops Research Analyst - related occupation. Telecommuting / working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policy.
