Experience required: 5 years experience w/ Machine Learning; Experience writing production code in Python; Experience w/ ML frameworks & libraries (1 of TensorFlow or Pytorch), & exposure to various ML algorithms & practical implementation in production at large scale; Experience w/ designing scalable end-to-end Machine Learning/NLP systems; Experience on distributed, high throughput & low latency architecture; Experience working all of following NLP technologies: text cleaning/pre-processing, entity extraction, encoder-decoder architectures, & similarity matching; Experience building software on top of containerization technology (Kubernetes & Docker) & experience working w/ API framework such as FastAPI and Uvicorn; Experience working w/ Jenkins; Experience w/ architecting & consuming APIs in scalable (multi-threaded/batched) fashion; Experience w/ architecting & building Data Pipelines (ETL, ELT) Real time & Batch; Experience w/ command line scripting & Linux or Windows; Experience w/ Prompt Engineering, RAG using LLMs; Experience w/ at least 1 other programming language (R, Python, Scala, Go, Java, C++); Experience w/ orchestration tools such as 1 of following: DBT, Apache Airflow or Luigi; Exposure to CI-CD pipelines; and Experience using 1 of following NoSQL databases: MongoDB, ElasticSearch, CosmosDB, etc.
