Requires Bachelor in Computer Science or Engineering (Computer/Electronics) +5 years progressive post-Bachelor experience in position offered or as Software Engineer or Software Apps Developer or Master of Science in Computer Science or Engineering (Computer/Electronics) +3 years experience in position offered or as Software Engineer or Software Apps Developer.
3 years of required experience must include developing highly scalable & reliable software systems in multiple development languages & platforms & delivering multiple commercially deployed products to market; developing within Git/Gitflow-based multi-branch software environment in Agile workflow (Scrum or Kanban), using DevOps & TDD/BDD best practices in CI environment & CD pipeline; assessing multifaceted problems & complex situations, recognizing patterns, & identifying & resolving root cause; mentoring junior engineers & transforming knowledge to other members of engineering teams; performing cloud development & deployment on AWS, GCP or Azure; & working & using Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Angular, Bootstrap, Python, Linux, HTTP, REST, JSON, IP technologies, Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket) & Microsoft Office (Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel).
