Job Description: Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Build tools that empower internal teams for their bespoke needs. Write technical PRDs, manage technical backlogs, and effectively prioritize new features vs. tech debt. Assist with the relationship between various internal teams within Customer Experience and external business units (i.e. IT, Engineering, Product, Data, etc.) to ensure projects are delivered on time. Develop, build, and maintain multi-quarter roadmaps that will help elevate Customer Experience offerings. Provide directions that enable the CBAM team to go on a multi-year journey with Coinbase while keeping customers happy and bought in. Estimate work efforts, design project plans, define milestones and manage resources while driving adherence and compliance. Work closely with the CBAM team to uncover and drive initiatives to improve customer experience for Coinbase users. Turn support data into actionable customer experience improvement opportunities. Become a subject matter expert and essential thought leader in developing a best-in-class customer experience. Telecommuting permitted.
Job Requirements: Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Product Management or in a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
Special Requirements: Position requires experience, knowledge or coursework in each of the following skills:
- Configuring and developing on Salesforce Service Cloud application;
- SQL business-critical reporting with tools like Looker or Snowflake;
- Ownership over technical PRDs and technical backlogs;
- Developing, building and maintaining multi-quarter roadmaps in partnership with multiple development teams to drive cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives;
- Building engagement & planning frameworks for peers and various technical and non-technical stakeholders; and
- JIRA and Coda to estimate work efforts, design project plans, define milestones and manage resources.
Employment and background checks may be required. Salary Range: $124,000 to $205,999 per year.
