Manage the Industrial Engineering team, including execution of strategic plan, performance management, professional development, and coaching; support the early stages of preliminary sequences; build visual instructions and review sequence throughout development process; oversee the process of architecture and product modularity; responsible for the sequence's validation in the P1 and P3 phases (ergonomics and Health & Safety); support Design for Health & Safety (DFX), Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) process, workshop & preliminary governance; contribute to NPD governance with the Project Leader; responsible for risk assessment in relation to main functions; support business case for new projects; analyze needs, support the department to achieve defined Key Performance Indicators.
