Krones, Inc. is looking for multiple Regional Service Technician - Filling to perform timely and accurate service in customer's plant, such as commissioning, troubleshooting and retrofitting of filling machines mechanically independently. Position is based in Franklin, WI.
RQD: Assoc. Deg in Mechanical Eng or Mechatronics & 4 yrs exp as Service Tech/Eng OR HS Diploma and 6 yrs exp as Service Tech/Eng. In addition, the following specific skills are required: 4 yrs exp (6 w/ HS Diploma) exp working on filling machines; 4 yrs exp w/ tools such as wrenches, drills, taps, grinders, measuring devices, presses, levels, alignment jigs & fixtures; 4 yrs exp reading blueprints, along w/ basic mechanical skills, drilling, tapping, cutting, & filing; 4 yrs exp w/ Microsoft Windows XP & 7; 4 yrs exp in machine hardware (servo motors, gear boxes, & sensors); 4 yrs exp reading machine process & pneumatic schematics; 3 yrs exp reading electrical schematics; and, travel – up to 100%, both domestic and foreign.
