Egnyte, Inc. seeks Product Analyst in Raleigh, NC:
Drive product impact by proposing and conducting quantitative research into key user behaviors and business trends, in partnership with product managers, engineers, designers, and other team members. Help set activation, growth, and retention targets and track ongoing progress. Partner closely with the Growth team to rigorously learn about users and improve user engagement through designing, executing, and analyzing experiments, market-based tests, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to scope new features and inform the product roadmap through analysis, e.g., make recommendations on trade-offs between different strategic priorities, help determine the business logic of new features, etc. Develop subject matter expertise regarding Egnyte's target audiences, competitive landscape, capabilities, and differentiators. Optimize Product Success: Monitor product performance metrics (KPIs) and implement iterative improvements to maximize customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and ensure product-market fit. Deliver effective presentations of analyses and recommendations to leadership. Evangelize Egnyte's data-driven culture through scalable and accessible reporting, dashboards, and enablement. Create documentation and enablement for relevant systems, processes, and dashboards. Leverage Advanced Analytics: Utilize machine learning and predictive analytics to inform product strategies, improve user engagement, and drive business outcomes. Enable Data-Driven Decision Making: Champion the use of data and predictive analytics platforms to empower stakeholders with actionable insights and improve decision-making processes. Drive Product Development: Lead end-to-end product development initiatives, including strategy, design, implementation, and launch, to meet organizational objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. Innovate with Emerging Technologies: Introduce and manage the integration of innovative technologies, such as AI, to enhance product offerings and user experiences.
Requires experience in cloud application, practical experience in architecture, permissions, and relevant technologies. Understanding and experience in both data analytics and product management. Direct a team of Data Scientists and Developers in creating AI applications, which involves implementing ML algorithms to improve customer engagement. Ensure Scalable Infrastructure for AI Deployment: Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to build scalable and resilient infrastructure that supports the rapid iteration and deployment of AI applications. Advocate for Customer-Centric AI Development: Champion the development of AI features that are rooted in customer feedback and focused on delivering real-world value and measurable results.
Telecommuting is permitted. 40 hrs/week. Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
