Support and participate in the HR data lifecycle, including data extraction from multiple sources, file merging, data cleaning, and applying formulas for analysis. Investigate and resolve reporting or data issues by validating outputs, cross-checking results through secondary methods, and ensuring data accuracy. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand and fulfill reporting requirements. Maintain and update recurring reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Develop metrics and reports using data visualization techniques (e.g., charts, graphs) and advanced statistical analyses (e.g., regression, correlation, ANOVA) as needed. Communicate and present reports and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Stay informed on Workday updates and enhancements, proactively identifying opportunities to improve reporting capabilities. Share knowledge and best practices with the team to enhance overall reporting effectiveness. Ensure compliance with company policies on data privacy and security.
