Blockstream USA Corporation seeks an Engineering Manager in Menlo Park, CA.
Duties:
• Build a culture of rapid innovation and collaboration, mentoring managers and individual contributors across the Liquid team and building strong bridges with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with the product team to better understand customer needs and pain points.
• Create product roadmaps that address customer needs. Work with internal stakeholders to establish short-term goals, prioritization, and interim milestones, which provide clear objectives for Liquid engineers.
• Define the long-term strategy of the Liquid engineering team, including long-term team growth, scaling the Liquid org chart, and other higher-level objectives.
• Partner with product, engineering leaders, and management to improve our development process, prioritize projects, and manage multiple products and/or projects.
• Deliver secure, high-quality, well-tested, and scalable software to meet the functional and scheduling requirements of the Liquid product development roadmap.
• Provide management support for Liquid engineers such as expense report approval, vacation approval, resource allocation, performance feedback and reviews, compensation review.

• Core Tech Engineer
100% telecommuting permitted within the U.S.
$275,000 per year.
