Requirements: Master's in any field or equivalent & 3 years of experience translating complex business requirements into analytical questions & developing actionable, data-driven approaches & solutions; conducting A/B testing & multivariate testing, including test design, pre- & post-test analysis, evaluation, test result interpretation, & future test iteration for e-commerce websites; designing, developing, & maintaining dashboards & data visualizations using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Looker, & other BI platforms; performing analytics implementation & quality assurance, including Adobe tracking label design, analytics validation, & troubleshooting; analyzing trends from combined data sources including Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), MicroStrategy, Snowflake, Decibel & Google Search Console & identifying opportunities through benchmarking, forecasting, & in-depth analysis using statistical methods; performing campaign analysis, ad-hoc analysis, & independent research to uncover insights that support strategic business objectives; & in executing job duties, utilizing Python & advanced Excel.
