Examine quality of earnings, working capital, financial forecasts, historical earnings, quality of assets and liabilities of target client. Domestic travel required up to 20% of the time to various un-anticipated client sites and BDO office locations nationally.
Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Tax, Business Administration, Finance or related plus 1 yr of exp in the job offered, or as a Senior Associate/Associate, or related. Alternatively, the ER will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Tax, Business Administration, Finance or related and 5 yrs of progressively responsible exp. Must have exp in each of the following skills: Accounting knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS; TAS/Finance DD; Working with sophisticated investors, such as Private Equity firms and acquisitive corporations; Managing Finance DD / Quality of Earnings projects; Managing and maintaining M&A and private equity client relationships; Plans and oversee the DD process; Technical accounting research; and MS Office products, including Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
