Develop strategies & coordinate projects to establish automated infrastructure for data collection using Agile & Quality Assurance (QA) tools.
Requires Master's in Business Analytics or related field or equivalent & 3 years of experience utilizing data visualization & data collection tools, including ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, & Kibana), Tableau, Domo, Adobe Analytics, Imply, Jira, & qTest to create data tables, perform data visualization, create & maintain visual dashboards, & build prediction models; performing Agile software development, including Python scripting within QA environments; utilizing SQL, Jira, JQL, Confluence, Google Suite, & Microsoft Excel formulas to summarize software quality data & create quality analysis dashboards; designing & implementing automated data pipelines to track key metrics; & applying Machine Learning (ML) & Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including Tokenization & Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), to categorize issues & enhance search capabilities for QA test automation & tool improvement.
