Interaction Design Team Leader @ Bloomberg LP (San Francisco, CA) F/T. Lead a team of designers, creating a team vision and collaborating with Product, Engineering and Senior Leaders to turn vision into a tangible roadmap.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree or the foreign equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communications, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, or related & 4 years of experience in the job offered or UX Designer, Experience Architect, Creative Director or related. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, the employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in the job offered or as a UX Designer, Experience Architect, Creative Director or related.
Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following skills: Usability research using qualitative and quantitative methods; Designing complex user workflows; User-centered design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Visio; JavaScript and CSS; Prototyping; and Large dataset visualizations.
