Cavagnero seeks Project Designers to prepare, under supervision of licensed architect, written and graphical documents to present to client, city officials and internal reviews. Participate in all levels of project from schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction administration phase.
Requirements: MS of Architecture or foreign equivalent. 1 yr exp. in master planning and multifamily housing from concept design to construction administration, developing projects in Revit, building codes, zoning and planning regulations.
Position is Full Time. Salary $110,000 - $115,000 yearly. The position requires full-time in person in our SF office. Travel to work site within commuting distance, as needed, less than 5% of time.
