Duties: coordinate HVAC/plumbing/electrical/kitchen maintenance; evaluate vendors/contracts; ensure health/safety compliance; track budget/expenses; respond to emergencies; monitor utilities/energy use; support upgrades/renovations; train staff; manage inventory; keep maintenance/contract/compliance records; travel 2-4x/month in KS & MO for facility/vendor visits.
Salary: $98,000/year.
