REQS: Master's or foreign equivalent in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Financial Modeling, Mathematics, or related field & 2 yrs of exp as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or related position involving data processing including building to enhance business strategies & operational efficiency. Alt. will accept a Bachelor's & 5 yrs of specified progressive, post-bachelor exp.
Full span of exp must include: Analyze client behavior & develop customer insights using advanced analytical techniques; Adopt powerful management tools & best practices to efficiently handle large volumes of data & minimize effort, time & redundancy in operational procedures; Apply statistical methods to organize, analyze & interpret data to perform model validations & address data quality issues; Utilize Python, PySpark, & SAS & other open-source coding & statistical tools; Develop & test hypothesis & build quality controls to ensure data integrity; Customer value profiling using quantitative modeling & statistical methods; Data visualization to derive & present insights from complex data; Advanced analytics tools & techniques, including forecasting & cluster analysis; Customer lifecycle & profitability (P&L) by developing models to predict revenue, forecast expenses, & drive disciplined cost management; & Modeling financial spreads, conducting scenario-based forecasting, & working with credit risk metrics, including Allowance for Loan & Lease Losses, Loan Loss Reserves & Net Credit Losses.
