Senior Analyst, Content Partnerships, F/T sought by UniVOD, LLC in Miami, FL to collect & analyze market data, identify trending, present key findings to senior management, & deliver actionable insights to improve content & user experience. Design & manage efficient workflows & internal tracking systems for content hours, ensuring accurate metadata, availability windows, & timelines. Design, establish, & track key performance indicators (KPIs) using business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) & design content intelligence dashboards to assess & identify content performance, & identify potential shifts & factors impacting demand. Lead communication w/ content partners, & oversee the ongoing management of strategic commercial relationships, focusing on reporting, performance, revenues, new availabilities, & negotiation of business models. Analyze data gathered from internal & external sources to maximize efficiency & understanding of business strategy & customer satisfaction based thereon. Gather data on competitors & monitor industry statistics to support key business decisions; identify opportunities & develop recommendations to guide business strategy. Analyze the competitive environment & identify digital & independent content providers to better position content offerings & recommend acquisition strategies. Analyze usage metrics & user behavior behind content consumption, using that data to drive deal management decision-making & problem-solving challenges. Drive business value through analytics to determine new partnership targets & identify existing shortcomings within content libraries. Assess contractual rights, linear & nonlinear program schedules, & international processes integrated via internal systems. Collaborate w/ internal teams (e.g., Legal, Finance, Operations) to execute cross-functional initiatives aligned w/ business goals. Lead cross-functional projects & collaborate w/ strategy, program, & partner teams to execute content goals aligned w/ business priorities. Provide operational & analytical support, blending quantitative data output to communicate efforts for performance & revenue. Review upcoming schedules to identify potential delivery & operational issues, program & expiration dates for programs. Develop & maintain operational processes & best practices to ensure the team is operating efficiently & tracking against key business priorities. Track status of new content availabilities, onboarding timelines, deal statuses, delivery schedules & other partnership info to support team activities. Conduct screenings of new content & collaborate w/ the program team to select titles for acquisition.
Must be fluent in written & spoken Spanish. Must have experience w/ business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel. Must have experience managing complex datasets across multiple geographies. Must have experience in market research & cross-departmental collaboration.
