Reqs Bach in Business, IT, HR or Industrial Relations +5yrs progressive post-Bach exp in offered positions or as Workday Consultant, Associate, Business Partner or Analyst. All required exp must include managing project execution for Workday software modules incl Workday Absences & Time Off, Compensation & Benefits; providing subject matter expertise on matters related to Workday app; overseeing end to end delivery of Workday updates thru entire project mgmt life-cycle in Agile development environment; identifying business needs & working w/ stakeholders to perform analysis, impact assessments & solution design; translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specs; providing hands-on functional design & configuration support; coordinating design, build, configuration & testing of Workday solutions; & recommending Workday best practices & solutions based on up-to-date knowledge of latest Workday features & updates.
