Requires Bachelor's in Business, IT, HR or Industrial Relations plus 5 years progressive post-Bachelor's experience in offered positions or as Workday Consultant, Associate, Business Partner or Analyst. All required experience must include managing project execution for Workday software modules including Workday Absences & Time Off, Compensation & Benefits; providing subject matter expertise on matters related to Workday application; overseeing end to end delivery of Workday updates through entire project management lifecycle in Agile development environment; identifying business needs & working with stakeholders to perform analysis, impact assessments & solution design; translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications; providing hands-on functional design & configuration support; coordinating design, build, configuration & testing of Workday solutions; & recommending Workday best practices & solutions based on up-to-date knowledge of latest Workday features & updates.
