Duties:• Define, manage, and review the Marketing department's operating budget.• Oversee the performance of all marketing campaigns and optimize them as needed.• Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO.• Plan for hiring needs to ensure the Marketing team scales effectively with business growth.• Contribute to quarterly and annual company planning to align marketing with broader objectives.• Build and lead distributed teams across multiple international offices.• Stay current on product updates and developments to serve as the primary resource for marketing teams.• Drive collaboration across departments to identify internal needs and deliver scalable marketing solutions.• Manage direct and indirect reports, supporting their growth and professional development.• Establish short-term and long-term objectives for marketing functions and teams.• Collaborate with the CEO to evaluate and adjust the Marketing department's financial plan.• Supervise global campaigns to ensure consistency, performance, and adherence to brand strategy.• Strategically allocate resources and budgets based on project priorities and expected outcomes.• Lead the coordination and execution of marketing events that elevate the brand and engage key audiences.• Conduct performance reviews, define compensation models, and establish KPIs for direct reports and teams.
Wage range: $183,102 - $210,000 per year
