Braskem America, Inc. seeks a Digital Transformation Product and Portfolio Management Specialist in Philadelphia, PA responsible for:
Act as Product and Portfolio Manager inside the Portfolio Management team; ensure end-to-end delivery of the product; Bring know-how to the team to build and manage a portfolio aligned with Digital Center and IT globally; Implement integrated operating models in value streams and support digital governance to boost digital transformation in US teams and processes; Employ data analytics to measure the success of the product; establish a framework and operating model to continue ensuring the quality of the product over time; establish & monitor KPIs and OKRs to track the performance and outcomes of investments; regularly monitor portfolio performance against pre-defined targets and strategic objectives; and provide recommendations. 5-10% of domestic and international travel.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Business Operations, or related field (foreign equivalent acceptable). Plus, five (5) years in the job offered or related role. Experience with PLC (Product Leader Certification); Experience with PMP (Project Management Professional); Experience translating complex business requirements into practical solutions; Experience with Microsoft's Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps); Experience in data analysis and visualization tools; Experience on digital tools development and project coordination with diverse teams; Experience with change management skills.
