Requirements: Bachelor's (or foreign equivalent) in CS, IT, or related & 6 years SDLC experience with implementation methods, monitor performance & meeting critical objectives in efficient design & coding practices. 5 years programming experience in MS SQL Server & .Net technologies including C#, ASP, ADO.net, REST, & Web API. 4 years experience using Core FACETS (Version 5.0 & above) with Claims Processing, Providers, Member Enrollment and Finance modules. 3 years experience using ETL tools including SSIS to optimize data extract, transform, & load of data from diverse sources to ensure accurate, timely data integration & analysis to support claim process, patient care & regulatory compliance; use application development methods including Agile & Waterfall to produce deliverables and fundamentals of requirements specification, design, development & test of business application systems; work with health provider-related processes & formulating design upgrades to cater to health plan needs, including understanding terms and regulations, effective communications with stakeholders, & development of tailored IT solutions for health operations.
