Duties include Facilitate daily morning toolbox meetings with each team to review safety topics, assign tasks, & align on daily goals; Review reports on outcomes & exceptional findings & disseminate important company updates & operational directives; Record & manage construction issues & apply lessons learned to improve future project planning & execution; Participate in technical discussions, production meetings, & onsite surveys to resolve project-related issues on time; Collaborate with engineering team to assess design discrepancies & develop effective technical resolutions; Develop Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for electrical outfitting, cable installation, & watertight testing of cable penetrations for each project; Supervise formal inspections & monitor vessel construction progress to ensure adherence to project timelines & quality standards; Prepare & submit detailed testing & progress reports for client delivery & executive-level review; Facilitate effective communication & collaboration between construction supervisors & team members through onsite consulting; Oversee workforce compliance with internal policies & client-mandated requirements through active supervision & guidance; Establish & maintain company work systems, manuals, & procedures, including the Quality Manual; Develop & enhance job-level-specific training programs to ensure continuous improvement & workforce competitiveness; Manage & oversee the overall work schedule to ensure alignment with project milestones & deadlines; Assist with the hiring process, from recruitment & interviews to onboarding of new employees; Conduct annual performance evaluations & provide constructive feedback to support employee development; Maintain & regularly update employee records to ensure compliance with company policies & legal requirements.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering + 6 years experience in job offered is required. Salary $152,547.00/Yr.
