Oversee & optimize accounting operations, including general ledger management, month-end & year-end close, accurate GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
Requirements: Master's or foreign equivalent in Accounting, or related field & 2 years Accounting experience in the following: Month-end & year-end close process & reporting (U.S. GAAP); Capital distribution & contribution process; General ledger account mapping & journal entries reconciliation; Utilizing ASC 606 revenue recognition & accrual accounting principles; Implementing automation techniques & internal control procedures; Intercompany transactions across multiple entities; Utilizing Advanced Excel modeling & formula functions, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, IFERROR, INDEX/MATCH for financial variance analysis; Financial due diligence for (M&A).
