Req's Master's or foreign equiv. in Accounting, or related field & 2 yrs Accounting exp. in the following: Month-end & year-end close process & reporting (U.S. GAAP); Capital distribution & contribution process; General ledger account mapping & journal entries reconciliation; Utilizing ASC 606 revenue recognition & accrual accounting principles; Implementing automation techniques & internal control procedures; Intercompany transactions across multiple entities; Utilizing Advanced Excel modeling & formula functions, incl. PivotTables, VLOOKUP, IFERROR, INDEX/MATCH for financial variance analysis; Financial due diligence for (M&A).
