Remote work may be permitted on occasion within commutable distance from worksite.
REQUIREMENTS: JD, LLM or foreign equivalent & 2 years' experience as Associate or related occupation. 2 years experience must include following: representing companies & investment banks in registered offerings & private placements of debt & equity securities, including drafting of prospectuses, offering memos, purchase agreements, indentures & related documentation; & advising public & private companies on range of corporate matters, including assessing entity formation, entity dissolution & board composition & drafting corporate governance docs. Must have Licensure in TX, or alternatively, licensure in another jurisdiction, & eligible to obtain TX law license within 12 months.
