Work with business operations leaders, project managers, and IT to develop metric reports and dashboards. Extract, collect and maintain data; ensure data integrity; and translate data to analytic approaches, reports, and result analyses.
Master's in Information Technology Management, Data Analytics, or closely related field. 1 year of experience in data management, analytics and reporting. Experience to include a solid background in or in-depth knowledge of each of the following: analyzing KPIs across various business units in healthcare or hospital systems; validating data, ensuring data integrity, archiving, and implementing backup procedures; scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript; developing automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency; designing dashboards and visualizations for diverse stakeholders; contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within a team or organization; identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-driven process enhancement strategies; Tableau; Power BI; SQL Server; T-SQL and SQL Server integration services. Ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful operational and performance trends. Strong written and verbal communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences. Hybrid schedule permitted, within commuting distance.
