Duties:
• Implement and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the IAM system.
• Administer user accounts and access privileges.
• Work closely with Internal Audit/Compliance teams to resolve any audit findings related to IAM and ensure that the right people have access to the right resources.
• Develop connectors to integrate new applications with the IAM system.
• Work with internal and external customers, business analysts, and application teams to gather IAM requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation for the IAM program.
• Participate in IAM access review process and provide audit reports.
