Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes program analysts and management consultants. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale strategic programs within the Operations Division. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor program progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Oversee the end-to-end process of new product rollouts within the Operations Division. Ensure consistent and effective communication across all relevant departments and stakeholders. Develop and implement strategies for a smooth and successful product launch.
Manage and mentor a team of program managers and strategic initiative leads. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and departmental heads. Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Facilitate meetings and discussions to drive alignment and decision-making. Develop and deliver regular reports on program status and outcomes to the COO and other key stakeholders. Ensure transparent and effective communication within the team and across the organization. Create and distribute communications plans and materials. Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within the Operations Division. Implement best practices in project management and strategic planning. Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the team and across strategic initiatives. Develop a deep understanding of Tipalti's business, products, stakeholders and customers. Use that knowledge to help bring new payment and finance automation products to market and drive adoption. Manage the process end to end, from Beta to GA. Telecommuting is permitted within commutable distance of the Tipalti, Inc. office in Foster City, CA.
