VDC Manager II position at Austin Commercial L.P. in Dallas, TX (& various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.) to increase BIM/VDC service standard training & adoption regionally.
Requires Master's in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or related & 2 years experience. Or Bachelor's & 5 years experience. Experience must include training project staff on current BIM/VDC procedures & services; Marketing BIM/VDC services internally & externally; Presenting BIM/VDC projects & services in BIM/VDC organizations & forums; Creating project specific BIM Project Execution Plans (BEPs); Creating & managing 4D project schedules; Understanding & implementing Facilities Management requirements by Owner; & providing support after project completion.
