Crunchyroll LLC seeks Sr. NetSuite Engineer in Coppell, TX. Duties: Conduct active two-way dialogue with cross-functional stakeholders to identify meta patterns across customer requirements and proactively identify gaps within current landscape. Devise and implement automated scalable solutions with maximal impact on time and on target. Drive application support, problem resolution, escalation, and root cause analysis with remote support teams. Identify and resolve blockers as well as report on project milestone progress with multiple teams. Automate Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Record to Report business cycles and how NetSuite is integrated with upstream or downstream applications in end-to-end business processes. Provide operational support for NetSuite ERP, Concur, Adaptive and Avalara through experience with procurement and contract management systems. Apply working knowledge of SuiteCloud, SuiteScripts, and SuiteFlows for configuring and customizing NetSuite. Work with integration team using integration technologies to integrate various types of SaaS and consult on exception handling controls.
Work from home permitted up to 1-2 days per week. Must work at employer's office in Coppell, TX, other days.
