Position requires a Master's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Operations Research, Math, or other quantitative/analytical fields & 3 years of experience in FX Derivatives Trading.
Must have 3 years of experience w/: market making to provide liquidity & expertise to a range of different clients; Risk management- understanding of greeks, barrier risk, & delta hedging; & both FXO vanilla & exotic options.
Must have 2 years of experience w/: mentoring of juniors & interns; market commentary based on flows, macro views & themes, & inventory; Regulatory controls & procedures- control of risk limits, identifying operational issues / misbookings; & data & market analysis- identifying market opportunities, back testing strategies, & building scripts to improve desk workflow.
Must have 1 year of experience w/: understanding of options theory & the pricing models used for various products; & understanding of FX convention & curve marking (ATM, risk reversals, & butterflies).
