Effectively utilize group dynamics. Negotiate to define approaches and goals. Recognize complex problems related to functional objectives. Develop new system elements, procedures, or processes. Participate in overall functional program planning. Provide technical and operational guidance to work teams. Utilize ITIL Foundation, Oracle Database, Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Golden Gate Replication, Microsoft SQL, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), DB2, and Shell Scripting.
Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related and two (2) years of experience as a Database Administrator or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing ITIL Foundation, Oracle Database, OEM, Golden Gate Replication, Microsoft SQL, RHEL, DB2, and Shell Scripting.
